Registered conference participants are entitled to:

  • conference proceedings in electronic format
  • entrance to the Opening Plenary Session and Keynote Speech
  • participation in all open technical sessions (i.e. parallel paper presentations)
  • entrance to the exhibition and posters presentation area
  • conference reception and refreshment breaks between sessions (2 per day, mid-morning and mid-afternoon).

Note 1. All presenters and authors of invited papers, regularly submitted papers and posters, invited session organizers, Tutorial instructors, Program Chairs, Program Board members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, will receive this discounted registration fee.

Note 2. Participants are kindly asked to make their own arrangements for meals.

All Exhibitors, will be also entitled to the following:

  • Those who commit to exhibit by 1 May 2017 will be listed in the Conference Final Program.
  • Will be listed (name and logo) on the Conference Website and a link to their websites will be provided.
  • Will be listed (name and link to their web site) in the HCI International Newsletter widely distributed around the world through our mailing list.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations received in writing by 10 February 2017 will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

(A) For authors of papers
For paper presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per paper is required by 10 February 2017. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.

(B) For authors of posters
For poster presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per poster is required by 7 April 2017. After this date, submitted manuscripts will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.

(C) For non-authors
One-half of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between 11 February and 31 May 2017. No refunds will be made from 1 June 2017 onwards.
